Cathrine K. Kinslow is a senior attorney at the firm of Yee & Associates, P.C. Ms. Kinslow graduated from Colorado College with a bachelor’s degree in physics in 1992. She obtained her law degree from the University of Texas in 2002. Her previous employment includes working as a computer systems consultant in Dallas and a forensic scientist for the State of Wyoming. In 2002, Ms. Kinslow began her practice as an associate with Carstens, Yee & Cahoon, L.L.P. before joining the current firm.
Ms. Kinslow concentrates her practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, with special emphasis in the areas of computer software, computer hardware, electronics, and semiconductor technologies. She has prepared and prosecuted patents involving areas such as network architecture, software architecture, and database systems. In the area of semiconductor technologies, she has prepared and prosecuted patents involving thin film head design and wafer manufacturing processes. Ms. Kinslow also has experience with patenting a variety of electrical and mechanical devices. Ms. Kinslow counsels clients in various intellectual property matters, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks.
Ms. Kinslow is a member of the Dallas Bar Association. She is a registered patent attorney and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
